I’m a college student who has always loved being around children and helping care for them. I grew up in a neighborhood with a lot of younger kids, so I was always around children and enjoyed babysitting, playing with them, and helping out whenever I could. More recently, I had the opportunity to work as a full-time nanny, which gave me much more hands-on experience and helped me realize how much I genuinely enjoy being a caregiver. As a nanny, I became comfortable with the everyday responsibilities that come with caring for children, including keeping them safe and entertained, preparing meals and snacks, helping with homework, coming up with activities, and keeping up with routines and schedules. I really enjoy finding activities that match a child's personality and interests rather than just keeping them occupied.
