I’ve been working with kids in all kinds of settings for years, and caring for others has always come naturally to me. I started babysitting at 15, and soon after spent a full year helping out at a daycare with children ranging from 9 months to 8 years old. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my experience in different environments. As well as being the oldest child in my family. For the past five summers, I’ve been a sleep away camp counselor, teaching kids how to sailing and living with kids ages 6 to 14 for up to eight weeks at a time. Right now, I’m a college student doing work‑study at an elementary school, where I assist in both kindergarten and 2nd grade classrooms.
