Booked by 39 families in Andrews Air Force Base, MD

Hi, I’m Cierra! I’m a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with over 11 years of experience. I hold a Bachelors degree in Human Relations and a Masters in Teaching Early Childhood Education. I took the 25-26 school year off from teaching in the school system to work on opening my very own childcare center. Before joining the school system here in DC, I worked at top-rated childcare centers such as Little Scholars (Library of Congress) and Tiny Findings (GAO), where I was Lead Teacher of both infant and toddler classrooms. Babysitting and nannying aside teaching are true passions of mine, especially during school breaks, evenings, and weekends. I'm also a proud mom to a fun-loving 7-year-old daughter! **CPR/First Aid renewal: 3/12/2026 **Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc🔺

“Cierra was great! Especially considering it was a last minute booking. She was communicative from the start, asked the right questions, and got right to work. She had a very calming energy which helped keep my ordinarily anxious baby at ease. Definitely will be re-booking and highly recommend! ”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
