What I’m Looking For: I am seeking a long-term, full-time nanny position caring for one to two children, ages 0–11 months, starting in September 2026, I am looking for a role that offers guaranteed hours (60 hours per week) with a consistent schedule, ideally between 8:00AM and 8:00 PM, Monday - Friday. I value a family that is supportive of my ongoing college education and flexible with online classes and coursework during shifts. I am also looking for a position located near the GMU/Fairfax including (Fairfax, Fairfax Station, Burke, Annandale, Oakton, Vienna, Centerville, Chantilly, Reston, Tysons, Falls Church, and Alexandria) area for a reasonable commute. My minimum rate is $35/hour, and I want to be paid through a payroll system for tax purposes. Qualifications:
I have over 5 years of experience working with children ages 0–11, including hands-on infant care and a strong foundation in developmental and behavioral support. I previously held an RBT certification (recently expired) and have two years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which continues to strengthen my understanding of child development and behavior. I am CPR and First Aid certified for infants, children, and adults, and I maintain a clean driving record with my own reliable transportation.
