My name is Brandon. A few years ago, I started my first job working at a Christian daycare in 2013. Since then, I have always tried my best to support and care for my nieces and nephews, learning through every experience.
I know I am not the perfect caregiver, and I am not claiming to be the best. I understand that working with children takes patience, understanding, and a willingness to continue learning. My goal is to keep growing my skills so I can better support the next generation and help children discover their strengths.
If you are looking for a tutor or mentor who can help children explore technology, design, creativity, and problem-solving skills, I want to be someone who encourages them to discover what they enjoy. Sometimes children just need guidance to find their interests, build confidence, and develop habits that help them succeed.
I am always working to improve my teaching abilities. Some people have told me that my teaching skills need more development, and I take that as an opportunity to learn and grow. Through platforms like ADPList, I have had the chance to teach, mentor, and support individuals while continuing to improve my communication and leadership skills.
My passion is especially focused on supporting children and individuals with disabilities who may struggle with creative activities or expressing themselves in school. Sometimes they do not need someone to change who they are; they just need someone to help them find their confidence, reconnect with their creativity, and get back into the flow of learning.
I believe every person has hidden abilities and talents. My goal is to help students recognize their potential, explore their creativity, and believe that their challenges do not define what they can achieve.
