My earliest childcare experience comes from assisting my mother in her daycare, where I helped care for children of different ages on a daily basis. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, consistency, and how to manage multiple children while maintaining safety and structure. In addition to daycare experience, I have volunteered with Special Reach, an organization that supports children with disabilities. Through this work, I gained valuable experience working with children with diverse physical, developmental, and emotional needs. This taught me how to adapt my communication style, be more attentive to individual needs, and provide a calm, supportive, and encouraging environment where every child feels included and understood. I am currently a college student at Morgan State University majoring in Sports Administration and I am also a collegiate athlete. My experience as a student-athlete has strengthened my leadership, discipline, teamwork, time management, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments. I understand responsibility and accountability, especially when managing schedules, academics, athletics, and work simultaneously. Overall, I am reliable, patient, and highly motivated to work with children. I enjoy creating fun, structured, and safe environments where kids can learn, play, and grow. I am comfortable with children of all ages, including those with special needs, and I am committed to providing trustworthy, high-quality care for families.

Hi everyone! I am currently rising junior in college but I am a Baltimore City native. I have been nannying and babysitting for going on six years now!
