Hey I’m Sierra a junior at the UMN studying biology. I’m offering childcare, pet care, and other household services. I worked as a lifeguard for 4 years, I also worked in daycares mostly with ages 3-5 but also floated to other rooms and worked with other age groups including infants and toddlers, my first job was nannying. I have experience with working with individuals with physical and mental disabilities, through family as well as working currently in a group home. I have always loved and learned from children understanding deeply the value of patience and listening, mindfulness and creativity. I began babysitting at 10 years old and as the daughter of a Montessori teacher I was always surrounded by children and very used to supporting them and not only play but in education. I am an artist and yogi currently in MN caring for my 80 year old mother as we transition her into a greater care facility and have traveled extensively a Ross the globe meeting all kinds of people in all kinds of different places. I offer a beautiful and rare presence in working with children. I’m highly engaging and listen to you and your child to better support in caring for them. I’m very flexible and happy to make food, pick them up from school, take them to any events and/or activities. I often watch my friends’s children while I’m here in Minnesota whenever they have activities.
