I currently substitute teach when I’m not with my health and wellness coaching clients or running kids wellness parties & camps. I know exactly what it’s like to be a working mom with a high pressure job with young kids. I was fortunate to have my parents local to help me when I had a huge meeting and one of my kids ended up sick. I realize many parents don’t have that luxury.
