Hi, my name is Esperanza . I fell in love with kids when my first sibling was born. I learned how to hold a bottle and change diapers and I had a built in best friend. Three siblings later I knew I wanted to be a nanny. My dream came true and I have been able to babysit and nanny for multiple families over the last 5 years! I have worked with every age from 0-14. I am a substitute teacher in Washoe County Schools, with experience dating back to 2020. In 2021/22, I served as the ETS (computer teacher) at Lenz Elementary for over a year before returning to UNR. Since then, I have continued substituting across grade levels k-5. I am currently still attending as a senior at the University of Nevada, Reno, pursuing a degree in Early Elementary Education. I am CPR and AED certified through WCSD and prioritize child safety, sanitation, and organization in all environments.
