I like participating in outdoor activities and taking long walks at the park. I love the site of a child smiling. I have experience with children from the age of 3 weeks and above. My experience with children at a very young age. I've worked in a day care and have been able to gain so much patience and understanding of a child's needs and dealing with a noisy environment and the ability to settle things ****policies***** Any cancellations less then 48 hours will be charged a 75% off of the hours booked, including if the job has already started I book my schedule 2-3 weeks in advance And I expect to be paid for the entire booking

Hi families, it’s nice to meet you! My name is Tamyia. I’m currently finishing my last semester for my in Human Services degree. I have 6 years of experience caring for kids of all ages and doing different routine routines for families. One of my favorite parts about babysitting is the relationships I get to build with both the children and their families. I really enjoy being someone families can rely on and helping out wherever I’m needed. I would describe myself as patient, creative, and easy to get along with. I love keeping kids engaged with outdoor activities, board games, and fun educational games. I always try to create a safe and positive environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I’m currently looking for a part-time position, and I’m also interested in transitioning into a full-time role over the summer where I can build a stronger, long-term connection with a family.

“Tamiya is responsible, kind, and my kids love hanging out with her. I would definitely recommend her to a friend. She is also great with pets ”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
