After years working in hospitality and most recently as a Corporate Catering Director within a law firm, I decided to take a step in a new direction and focus more intentionally on the things that have always mattered to me: psychology, wellness, and working with children. I’m currently pursuing my degree in Psychology while continuing to deepen my yoga teaching practice. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), certified in Children’s Yoga, and CPR/AED/First Aid certified for both adults and children. Caring for children has also been part of my life for many years. I began babysitting and nannying in high school and continued throughout my early college years. Today, I’m also a very involved aunt to my 6-year-old niece and almost 1-year-old nephew. My niece, Emily, is on the autism spectrum, and spending time with her has given me an even deeper appreciation for how differently children communicate, process their surroundings, and express their needs. I bring a calm, warm, patient presence into the homes I work in, while still understanding the importance of structure, safety, routine, and play. I am 32 years old and I have been working hands on with children since I was about 15 years old. I became a certified assistant provider at the age of 24. I currently work at Bethlehem Group Family Daycare as the Assistant Manager. It is a family business that's been in operation since 2004. Working with children has been very rewarding. Hello! My name is Lily and I am a recent graduate of Bennington College where I studied Visual Arts and Poetry. I am offering child care, pet care, and household services! I love being a babysitter.
