Devoted Nanny offering part-time and flexible hours. Coordinated, committed and dependable. Seeking a position to utilize my 15 years of childcare experience.

“Koloud was our daughters nanny prior to us moving from the area and we're thankful that our first child-care experience was so positive. Koloud does a great job understanding a child's needs and is incredibly proactive with making sure they are always being engaged, whether it's story time at the local library, baby yoga, or spending time in the park. Koloud is 100% part of the team. She's easy to work with and you'll never experience that "crap, I'm running late!" type of stress. We highly recommend contacting Koloud for your child-care needs.”

Hi my name is Karen and I am from San Diego , California . I graduated from Clairemont High School and attended college. My major was child development. I moved to New York almost 4 years ago and it’s going well for me here . I have a lot of experience(6 years) working with kids, growing up my mother was a babysitter so I was always around children and still am! I can provide references upon request , and my availability is currently open! One of the main reasons I love babysitting is because I have a lot of patient and just working with children and making them laugh really brightens a day up. In my free time I like cooking, making puzzles , and working out!

“Karen is a natural with kids, our son (3 years) and daughter (6 months) took to her instantly. She has a very calm demeanor which helps keep the kids calm, especially our high energy toddler. Karen is on time every morning, attentive, follows direction well, and follows all of our Covid protocols without fail. The two biggest things that impressed us about Karen is that 1) she was able to get our toddler, who has become a picky eater, to eat all his food consistently and 2) has successfully managed to almost fully potty train him within two weeks. We would definitely recommend Karen to anyone looking for a high quality nanny/babysitter.”

Hello Parents, My name is Patricia, im a Studio Art college graduate and originally from Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. My childcare experience began at the age of 11. Living with both my aunts and uncles under one roof, babysitting my younger cousins wasn't a job it was apart of my life. Before graduating from college, I studied abroad in South Korea. where I taught English as a second language in winter/summer camps for younger learners (age range: 5-10). For the past four and half years, I have had the opportunity to care for children varying in age from 2 1/2 months to 11 years old from UrbanSitter since 2012 and working as an on-call nanny for Bright Horizons agency for 4 years. Currently work as Special Education D75 Paraprofessional for the DOE. Working with Children with ADHD and Autism. What I like most about babysitting is developing activities that focus of creative exploration like coloring, drawing, painting, legos, imaginary story telling, stage play, and going on library/park/ museum outings. I also love reading and sing songs. In my free time, I love practicing Yoga, dance, and reading.

“Patricia was excellent! She asked good questions ahead of time to make sure she knew what was expected of her during her care of my cats. She followed up regularly with updates and pictures.”

Hi! My name’s Guadalupe, and I’ve always had a natural talent for caring for others and creating calm, positive environments. I have several years of experience working with children—everything from school pick-ups and homework help to planning fun outings and bedtime routines. I’m patient, responsible, and very organized, which helps me stay on top of daily tasks while keeping kids happy and safe. I’ve also helped with light household duties like meal prep, laundry, and tidying up, and I’m comfortable around pets (I’ve cared for both dogs and cats). Families I’ve worked with describe me as reliable, warm, and communicative. I really enjoy building trusting relationships and becoming part of a family’s support system.

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
