I worked in labor and delivery and Aultman handling newborns. I received an STNA certification. I did volunteer work in nursing homes. I am certified in CPR.

I have experience babysitting for children and babies, I love working with kids and babies as well. I also have worked as an in home health aide for about 9 months now so I am comfortable coming into people’s homes with respect to care for them.

Hi! I’m Skye!😊 I’ve been working with kids for a long time. I started babysitting my younger cousins around age 12–13, mostly kids under 5 and infants. From there, I helped out at my great-aunt’s in-home daycare whenever I didn’t have school and sometimes after. I babysat a lot throughout middle school and high school for families in Twinsburg and for family members. My senior year, I worked in an after-school program, and during 12th grade I was also an assistant after-school childcare director at the Carl Reminderville Athletic Club. The summer after I graduated, I worked full-time at an in-home daycare called Kayla Cares for Kids as an assistant daycare teacher. Since then, I’ve gone back to babysitting and nannying. I’m now a sophomore at the University of Akron majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Child Development. I also work as a substitute paraprofessional in the Cuyahoga Falls City School District, mostly in elementary schools. I have all my background checks through the state of Ohio, and one of my classes has me observing in an elementary school this semester too. I really love working with kids and feel very comfortable with all ages.

I’ve been caring for children for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been babysitting for pay since I was around 13. Growing up, my younger cousins were often dropped off at my house on weekends, so I naturally gained a lot of hands-on experience caring for kids of different ages. I’ve also had experience with infants, although that hasn’t been as frequent as my experience with older children. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to spend much more time caring for an infant and have become more comfortable with their routines and needs.
