Hello, My name is Sofia. I am 23 Years Old, I currently live part of the time in Akron with my sister + best friend, and the other part of my time I spend working on a farm in Loudonville Ohio. I am new to professional childcare, but I have lots of experience babysitting my cousins, my moms friends kids, and more recently my boss at the farms 3 lovely boys. I have been loving the babysitting with them I have been doing so much recently I thought I have to start building my experience doing this because I can see myself making a career out of it. I would love to be the fun, energetic, kind, patient, helpful babysitter you need. Hi! I’m Skye!😊 I’ve been working with kids for a long time. I started babysitting my younger cousins around age 12–13, mostly kids under 5 and infants. From there, I helped out at my great-aunt’s in-home daycare whenever I didn’t have school and sometimes after. I babysat a lot throughout middle school and high school for families in Twinsburg and for family members. My senior year, I worked in an after-school program, and during 12th grade I was also an assistant after-school childcare director at the Carl Reminderville Athletic Club. The summer after I graduated, I worked full-time at an in-home daycare called Kayla Cares for Kids as an assistant daycare teacher. Since then, I’ve gone back to babysitting and nannying. I’m now a sophomore at the University of Akron majoring in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Child Development. I also work as a substitute paraprofessional in the Cuyahoga Falls City School District, mostly in elementary schools. I have all my background checks through the state of Ohio, and one of my classes has me observing in an elementary school this semester too. I really love working with kids and feel very comfortable with all ages.
