Hello, my name is Daphne. I am a cheerleader at my high school this is my senior year of high school , I love kids I’ve always had sitting as a side job through out high school mainly because it’s a fun way for me to earn here and there, I look forward to being a parent one day that’s why I enjoy taking care of children. I am able to get along and help through a hard time with the kids by calming them down during a fit. I would say I am a kids person.

I will be available for babysitting this summer from June 1 through August 7. I currently work as a paraprofessional and have experience caring for children of all ages, including general childcare as well as children with a variety of disabilities and special needs. I come from a big family of with 7 siblings. I am the third oldest therefore I’ve had experience with younger children since a young age! Growing up we also had lots of dogs in the house that I’ve cared for. I am a college graduate with my bachelors degree, during my time in college I worked with the YMCA in town at their after school program for elementary school kids from K-5th grade. During summers I’ve worked at summer camps with the Boys and Girls Club; with children ages 5-17 years old. I have coached one year of women’s wrestling at the college level. I have experience babysitting for an infant under one years old. I love being around children and their different personalities! I adapt well to different environments and circumstances which adds to the care I’m able to provide. I am very active, energetic and always willing to learn new things.
