My goal for the children I care for is that they are excited to see me and know that I have a genuine interest in getting to know them. As someone who studied Early Childhood Development and has 20 years experience, I deeply understand respect must be given to children to receive it back and trust is earned. I make sure every family I work for has peace of mind when their children are in my care. I am punctual and committed to keeping my promises to maintain a smooth flow for everyone. And, I like to have fun with kids; playing games, art, dancing, laughing, etc. Any child I provide long term care for, I attempt to build a relationship with them that positively influences their lives.

I was previously a pediatric nurse practitioner who, during the pandemic, decided it was time for a change. So in 2020, I returned to academia to become certified as a post partum doula, newborn care specialist and pediatric sleep specialist. I have also completed numerous exam-based courses in early childhood development. I have experience working as a caregiver of newborns to young adults, some of whom have been neurodivergent or had medical concerns. I look forward to meeting my next wonderful family.
