I am a mother of a three year old. I am 25 years young but have a handful of years of experience taking care of children from 1-17. I’ve gained this experience taking care of/ babysitting my three year old, and 3 younger siblings. My siblings range from 11-21, and I have younger cousins I helped raise as well. I am able to relate with kids because my experience with my siblings have proven to be positive, and growing. I am caring, understanding, and know how to cook amazing food if need be! Caregiver for 2+ years. Most of all I am patient and know how to help sort emotions in a gentle manner/voice.

My goal as a babysitter is to provide a safe, caring, and playful environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and love the energy, curiosity, and joy they bring to everyday life. I have cared for and tutored children for much of my life. Growing up with triplet siblings gave me plenty of hands-on experience with toddlers, young children, and preteens, and taught me how to be patient, attentive, and adaptable when caring for multiple children at once. I am comfortable preparing meals, changing diapers, helping with potty training, assisting with homework, keeping children entertained, and maintaining their routines. I am also happy to help with light household tasks or errands when needed. I also have experience volunteering and working with children through YMCA Camp Shaver in Jemez Springs, New Mexico, where I participated in a two-year leadership and counselor-in-training program. I am currently completing clinical training in the Mayo Clinic echocardiography program and am looking for part-time childcare opportunities while I finish my program. I am retired from Gilbert School district after 25 yrs as an Attendance Specialist. In the last few years I I have worked as both a Nanny and an elderly caregiver.
