Hi! My name is Sara, I’m 26 years old. My major is in stem and I graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University. I recently completed the teaching credential program at Cal State LA. I am currently applying to teach high school science (biology/anatomy/earth and space) for next school year. That being said my availability for summer is open! (^: I have work experience in mentoring/tutoring services, summer camp counseling, retail, medical administration at Cedars Sinai, and substitute teaching. Although I do not have formal training caregiving, I have had plenty of experience caregiving for younger family members as well as watching over pets for extended periods of time. I am a kind and caring person and I get along with children and pets very easily. I look forward to working with you! (^:
Greetings parents and guardians my name is Danielle and i'm a mother of two adult boys now. I'm 47 years old with 25 plus years of early childhood education experience . I've work with and care for children in a professional and leisurely capacity , starting from infancy as early as three months up to school age which I consider any where between 5 yrs - 10 yrs. I"m spunky, crafty and don't mind getting messy and doing a little exploring with your child. I'm CPR and first aid certified, I'm also certified as a mandated reporter and have been finger printed and cleared to work in the state of California . This would be a part-time position for me , as I'm currently employed full time as a Preschool teacher in a well know child care corporation in the Los Angeles area.
Hi! I’m a compassionate and experienced caregiver with a strong background in childcare, newborn support, and family care. I spent 3 years working as a preschool teacher, where I developed a love for creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments for children to learn and grow. In addition to teaching, I have over 5 years of nanny experience working closely with multiple families and supporting children through different stages of development. I am also a trained birth and postpartum doula as well as a newborn care specialist, which has allowed me to support families during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. My approach is calm, patient, attentive, and family-centered, with a focus on providing both emotional and practical support. Beyond childcare, I previously worked as a certified nurse’s assistant in senior living and rehabilitation centers, where I gained valuable hands-on caregiving experience and strengthened my ability to provide compassionate care to individuals of all ages. Outside of work, I’m a fur mom to two cats and recently said goodbye to my sweet senior dog who passed from old age.
Hi families! My name is Jasmine, and I’m currently a rising junior at Wellesley College double majoring in Education and Psychology. I have always loved working with children because I understand how important it is for them to have someone who is patient, supportive, and trustworthy in their lives. I also understand that choosing someone to care for your child is a big decision, and I never take that trust lightly. My goal is to create an environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged to be themselves. My experience caring for children has grown naturally through my family and the relationships I have built with the children I have cared for. As an older sister, I have always helped support and look after my siblings, which taught me responsibility, patience, and the importance of being attentive to each child’s individual needs. I have also had the opportunity to care for my younger cousin from infancy through his toddler years, and watching him grow has taught me so much about the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a nurturing environment. While attending Wellesley, I have also gained babysitting experience in Boston, where I have enjoyed getting to know families and helping create a safe and positive space for their children. I have experience connecting with children at different ages and stages, and I love being someone they can feel comfortable with, whether that means helping with routines, playing, learning, or simply being there to support them. I would describe myself as dependable, caring, patient, and responsible. I enjoy creating activities that allow children to explore and have fun, such as reading, music, dancing, creative activities, outdoor walks, and helping with homework. My background in Education and Psychology has also helped me better understand children’s development, emotions, and the importance of making them feel valued and heard. I also have a SafeChokeSaver certification, which has strengthened my knowledge of child safety and preparedness. I would love the opportunity to support your family and provide a caring, safe, and positive environment where your child feels happy, supported, and able to be themselves.
During the last few years of my life, I have babysat my own family and worked at an elementary school. I worked with grade levels k-3. I worked as a teachers assistant on my days that I didn’t have work. I worked and still do work at chilis. Since I love working with kids and taking care of kids inside and outside of school I want to put my experience to work and help out those who need it. I love taking care of any family friends children or my cousins. Anything you need I can be there for you😊.
