Hi! I’m Charis (pronounced “kuh-reese”) I am a career nanny/family assistant of 10 years. I’m down to earth and can be pretty silly but I’m also responsible and I take my job seriously. I have seven younger siblings and I myself am a mother of 4 young children. I have done a lot of volunteer work with children in my youth like, being an AWANA leader, teaching Sunday school class, and leading the children's singing program at my then local church. I am a private school teachers aide for special needs children and have worked with kids aged 6 to 18 in this field. Before being a teacher, I was a respite care provider for special needs children. Overall, I have been in the field professionally for 4 years, but have done nannying since I was 15, for children as young as 3 months! (I am now 23 years old) Before this field, I worked in elderly assisted living. I had a variety of pets growing up and am comfortable caring for animals as well!
