Hi my name is Lyka! I live in the Bay Area and I’m also a current second year biology major at UC Riverside. I currently work at the Little Gym of Millbrae a children’s physical development and enrichment center that offers gymnastics based classes, camps, and birthday parties for kids ranging from 4 months to 12 years old. I’ve been working at the Little Gym for over 3 years since junior year of high school. Looking to find a side job to help pay the cost for my college tuition so I thought babysitting would best fit since I have working experience with kids in different ranges up till 12!

I’ve always enjoyed taking care of kids. My brother is nine years younger than me, so I grew up co-raising him. From feeding to changing diapers, to putting little folks to sleep - the foundational experience is there. I also had pets growing up so I took on a that responsibility as well. As time has gone on, people friends and family have asked me to babysit. I’d describe myself as fun and energetic, and I love helping kids have a great time while also learning and growing.

I'm a college neuroscience student starting summer break hoping to catch some babysitting/nanny jobs outside of my research internship hours. I have four years of babysitting experience with up to six children at a time and a variety of ages from infant to elementary school.
