After graduating from USF with a BA degree in psychology I have been working for the last 5 years as a special education teacher, direct support professional and disability advocate on the Mendocino coast. I also have worked as an ESL teacher abroad and have many years of childcare experience and have completed university coursework in early childhood education. I am currently back in school in San Francisco getting licensed in Cosmetology at the Cinta Aveda Institute. I am available to work on the days I am not in classes: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Looking for weekly or occasional gigs. I am a very active person and love taking hikes and walks in nature. Some of my passions include: yoga, nutrition, cooking, spending time by the ocean, and enjoying time with my family.

I have worked in the professional nanny industry for close to fifteen years. Before that, I worked as an occasional babysitter and camp counselor. I’m certified in first aid and infant/child/adult CPR. I have an undergraduate degree in interdisciplinary studies (social science concentration) from The Catholic University of America. At university I did tutoring for 1st semester students in French and English. I was in charge of preparing a 1 hour class with activities and quizzes. That was actually fun, I felt like a real teacher. I was also part of the dance club back in high school and college, I love dancing!!
