I've worked as a middle school art teacher and an instructional aide, supporting students with a variety of abilities. I've also been a behavior technician and worked with young ones with ASD. I’ve been a caretaker as a side job since I was 15. I have experience caring for newborns to teenagers, as well as disabled young adults. Intro: Hi! Here are small tidbits about me! I'm a full-time student looking for part-time, weekend jobs to pay off my tuition. I speak both English and Spanish, the latter only at an advanced level. I grew up in San Diego and go back during the breaks. My hobbies include anything arts and craft related and tennis. Although I tend to be less outspoken as an introvert, I believe my good-naturedness finds a way to shine through. I value authenticity, integrity, and doing everything to the best of my ability! Experience: At the moment, I've listed everything as "no experience" because I have none in a formal setting. However, I have 3 younger sisters who I helped raise. Raised by a single mom, a lot of my life has revolved around taking care of them. With the youngest being 9 years younger than me, I'm familiar, albeit rusty, with infant and toddler care, but I'm well experienced with taking care of elementary school children to pre-teens. Curly haircare ( type 3) and homework help make up my most recent skills related to childcare. Regarding pets and taking care of elders, I have no experience there, but I'm 100% willing to learn.

Rebecca was raised in La Cañada Flintridge and has spent the last nineteen years supporting children’s health, development, and learning. Her childcare journey began at age twelve, when she started babysitting for families in her community—an experience that helped her build long-lasting, trusted relationships. She also provided low-cost tutoring to children who needed extra academic support, further strengthening her passion for individualized care. At seventeen, Rebecca began working at a local Montessori school with children ages 2–6, quickly growing into the role of Lead Teacher and managing her own classroom of toddlers and preschoolers. After five years, she opened her own Montessori program serving children from 6 months to 6 years old, giving her deep, hands-on experience with infant through early-childhood developmental stages. Rebecca attended UCLA, where she earned her Certificate in Early Childhood Education, and she is internationally recognized as a Montessori educator for ages 0–3 and 3–6 through the North American Montessori Center. She later graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education Administration. In addition to her broad teaching and caregiving experience, Rebecca has worked closely with children with both diagnosed and suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder. She specializes in recognizing early signs of cognitive, behavioral, and speech delays and collaborates with the Frank D. Lanterman Regional Center to help families access the services they need. Today, Rebecca brings her expertise, calm presence, and genuine love for children into the homes of families seeking a dependable, highly qualified babysitter. I have been working with children and adults since I was 18 years old, I have gained hands on experience across a range of care settings. My experience includes working with adults in nursing homes, to support them in their daily living activities. Providing attentive and developmental care to Infants and children at home. I have multiple professional qualifications one being a Registered Behavioral Technician, I provide support to children at home and school settings where I implement behavioral plans to strengthen their social and communications skills. I have 2 daughters my own. They are 36 and 31 years old. The younger daughter has a 5 yrs old son. They are very intelligent, artistic, teachers, very loving and kind daughters. I have been working at the elementary schools as a teacher's assistant, special assistant aide and also a pianist for 10 schools done many school music concerts.
