Greetings parents and guardians my name is Danielle and i'm a mother of two adult boys now. I'm 47 years old with 25 plus years of early childhood education experience . I've work with and care for children in a professional and leisurely capacity , starting from infancy as early as three months up to school age which I consider any where between 5 yrs - 10 yrs. I"m spunky, crafty and don't mind getting messy and doing a little exploring with your child. I'm CPR and first aid certified, I'm also certified as a mandated reporter and have been finger printed and cleared to work in the state of California . This would be a part-time position for me , as I'm currently employed full time as a Preschool teacher in a well know child care corporation in the Los Angeles area.

Whether that means keeping up with active play or creating calm, structured moments, I can meet kids where they are. My Name is Portia I am 38 years old I have worked with children my whole life from middle school till now I used to babysit from middle school to 20 then I went to college for early child development and special education development and and also worked at a teachers assistant and then became a substitute teacher. Then I decided after finding out my daughter was ADHD I wanted to do childcare so I became a 1:1 for kiddos with developmental disabilities and then after taking care of my grandparents when they where sick I wanted to be a caregivers so I worked for ihss for 7 years and especially after I had my son and found out he’s autistic among other health issues just made me want to help kiddos like my kids and more and elderly even young adults or adults just people period I love to help people. And I also worked as a ABA behavior interventionist and I also worked for 23 years as a protective security guard. So yea lots of experience.
