Hi there, I am a Bay Area native with over 10 years of experience in child care. I have a background in Creative Arts and Hospitality. I am bi-lingual (Japanese/English). I have been a proud nanny to many children here in the Bay Area, and it still is such a privilege to watch these kids grow and make their way in the world. I just graduated from school with my Doctorate in Occupational therapy and am looking for extra babysitting to help with paying off my student loans. I work in early childhood mental health and school-based OT. I got my undergraduate degree from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon, with a major in Theater, emphasis in set construction. I also have a minor in Early Childhood Development. Before COVID I worked at Cal Shakespeare in Berkeley/Orinda. I have been working with children for the past 18 years as a date night sitter, a nanny, a childcare worker, and a preschool teacher. I have experience with all ages. Overall, I have been in the field professionally for 4 years, but have done nannying since I was 15, for children as young as 3 months! (I am now 23 years old) Before this field, I worked in elderly assisted living. I had a variety of pets growing up and am comfortable caring for animals as well!
