Hello, I am Hailey, I have been babysitting 3 boys (age 2, 4, and 4) and 4 girls (3, 4, 8, and 10). I began caring for my first family at the age of 14 when she was 3. I cared for her for 7 years, adding on her 3 siblings (girls) over the years as they have been born. My second family was a single grandmother with 2 grandchildren (boys 2 and 4). I cared for her grandchildren for her while she is at work. I also help care for her mother who is in hospice, however she moved out of state early last year. My third family has custody of her grandchild with her husband. I cared for their grandchild while grandma was at work while her husband was sleeping for his job. She retired and no longer needs care for her grandchild (boy 4). I currently work with a 7 year old and a 4 year old for a few hours in the morning before taking them to school. I have done pick up and drop off, cleaning, laundry, errands, arts and crafts (jewelry, painting, coloring, dioramas, ect.), music (trumpet, guitar, drums, euphonium, baritone, tuba, French horn), help with homework, cooking and baking, bedtime routine, school routine, sports (football, baseball, and basketball), and more. I have done a few semesters at Skyline Community College in San Bruno studying to double major in English and Criminal Justice with a minor in creative writing. I love caring for children, their laughter and smiles always make me feel good. I also love helping them and it makes me proud to know that I have made a difference in their lives.

Hello! My name is Acacia and I’m CPR certified! I’m currently a college student. I’m attending Los Medanos College in the Fall and I’m majoring in Early Childhood Education because I’m pursuing a career in kindergarten teaching. I’m trying to gain experience for my future career as well as save up money for school! I love watching children, they tend to like me a lot due to my bright pink hair (haha) and since I’m younger than most people, I can keep up with the chaotic energy of children! My responsibilities included facilitating age-appropriate activities for children between the ages of 1-10 while maintaining safety, communicating effectively with parents, and providing information on daily activities and addressing any concerns promptly. I also have experience in working with cats, I have 3 cats of my own that I take care of when I’m not in school so I can watch cats. I have experience working with dogs, I have walked around ~7 dogs before all ranging in different sizes!
