A little about me, I grew up in Ventura and am currently in my final year of graduate school at Pacifica Graduate Institute to become a marriage and family therapist. I am currently working as a school therapist twice a week, gaining practicum hours towards my license. For undergrad, I studied anthropology and geography at Cal Poly SLO. In my free time, you can find me spending time in nature, playing guitar, practicing yoga, trying out new recipes, and going for runs. As the oldest girl in a long line of cousins, I have been babysitting most of my life. I am an aunt to four beautiful children aged 10, 8, 3, and 1. I temporarily moved into my brother's house the summer after the second oldest child was born to lend an extra hand. This gave me full-time experience working with infants and toddlers beyond the babysitting I had previously done. I am one of six kids and began working with children at the age of 13. I'm now in my thirties, with many years of nannying behind me. I have taken care of children of all ages and stages of childhood. I have been certified in CPR in the past, and would be willing to update that certification if needed.
