I majored in elementary education, I am currently working as a substitute teacher, and would love the occasional babysittiing job to fit my inconsistent schedule. I have my CPR/First Aid certification and have had the pleasure of taking care of 3 year old twins with special needs, a 1 1/2 year old for 6 months, providing transportation for a 4 & 6 year old, as well as occasional/date night sitting for kids of all ages. I started my studies at Olivet Nazarene University an hour south of Chicago, where I grew up but I am currently finishing my degree online in Art History while pursuing art in LA! As the oldest of 6 children I grew up playing a mom role for my younger siblings so I have spent my whole life taking care of children! While taking classes I had the opportunity to babysit and nanny so many beautiful children from newborns to preteens and also help families that had extra mental health needs as well. Hello! My name is Alley, and I'm a recent UCLA graduate with extensive experience in education and with kids. A little more about me: I have several years of experience working with children. Most recently, I've worked at an after-school program as a coordinator, creating curriculum for elementary aged children focused on expression and creativity. I’ve also worked at a daycare center in the Bay Area, where I gained lots of experience with children in all aspects of their daily care. I was directly responsible for infants as young as 4 months old, and children aged 2-12 years old at this center. In both roles I cared for several children at a time—so, I feel well prepared me for just about any babysitting scenario under the sun! Hello, my name is Gloria and I am a senior at CSUN. I have worked with kids as a teacher assistant, caregiver, and babysitter. As a babysitter, I have taken care of children from ages 6 months to 11 years of age. Every kid is different in their own unique way and that's why I decided to major in child and adolescent development.
