As I am currently working on my early childhood education degree, I am grateful for the opportunities I have to practice what I learn from my college classes to the families I work with. Creating a safe and fun environment for the children is my number one priority. Along with this, I prioritize listening to the child’s needs and good communication with the children’s parents. I am a mother of two amazing girls. When they were toddlers I had them in a co op preschool where the parents worked a few days a week. I really enjoyed it and my girls did as well. That was definitely my calling for working with children. I am presently a nanny for a six month old three days a week and I am comfortable with multiple children at one time. I love babies, toddlers and kids of all ages. Some of my favorite activities are reading books, playing games and exploring the outdoors.
