I previous worked as a part-time nanny for a two child household, with a 10m infant and a 3 year old child. I worked with them until the oldest was 5 years old, and I handled bedtime routines, bath time, meal preparation and feedings, bottle sterilization, diaper changes, and play-based learning to support developmental goals. I also work as a behavioral technician, where I work with neurodivergent children ranging for 3 years old to 16 years old. I use hands-off behavioral intervention techniques to build emotional regulation skills and work to replace adverse behaviors (hitting, spitting, self-injury, tantrums) with healthy coping strategies. I enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities, with a focus on supporting developmental goals through play-based learning.
