Hi, I’m Tuce — a caregiver based in the Bay Area. I’m a Turkish immigrant building my career in healthcare, and caregiving is the direction I’m intentionally moving toward. I completed my CNA clinical training at Sunnyvale Post Acute and have since been working with home care agencies in the Bay Area. I’m also starting Home Health Aide training in October — so this work is something I’m committed to long-term, not just picking up on the side. I grew up in a culture where caring for children and elderly family members is something families do themselves. That’s shaped how I show up: calm, attentive, and genuinely comfortable with the rhythms of a home. Spending time with children is something I genuinely enjoy — not just a responsibility I take on. I like to play, I follow the child’s lead, and I find real pleasure in those small moments that make a kid light up.
