Hi everyone! I'm Nicole a dependable, experienced nanny and RN. I am CPR/BLS/First Aid certified and have about 10 years of experience working with children in different capacities (nanny, swim instructor, tutor) from a few months to about 14 years old. I also have experience working with children with ADHD, as well as learning/mild intellectual disabilities. I also speak fluent Spanish and am willing to teach :) I am currently looking for occasional jobs. My current rate starts at $25 an hour and increases depending on responsibilities/# of children. I also have a minimum of 3-4 hours or $80 (depending on how far I have to drive). Thank you!

I have extensive experience caring for children. I operated an in home child care in Virginia for children 5 weeks old to age 12 for 23 years. We were required to have 16 hours of training a year so I have taken extensive child care training classes over the years. I have passed background checks and have valid First Aid, CPR training currently and all for those years. I love caring for children and I am exceptional with infants, preschool aged children, as well as school aged. I have many excellent references from my families I have worked with over the years as well as neighbors who have known me that long as well. I also have a teaching degree in special education and worked in a day treatment facility for middle school aged children in a self contained classroom setting. I have experience tutoring and helping school aged children with their school work through the years. I have also raised my three sons who are now 26, 24, and 22 years old. In college I worked as a nanny as well as a camp counselor. As a teen I provided swim lessons and was a red cross trained babysitter. I also served as a candy stripper in the hospital. As you can see working with and caring for people and children has been a lifetime endeavor of mine and one I very much enjoy. I am looking to suppliments my income with some part-time or occasional care options. Would love to find some nice families to work with and care for their children or people in need of care. I am open to house sitting, light pet care, light household care, elderly care, or other options as needed. When I was 13 my aunt ran a daycare. I would help with the cleaning, supervise the kids when my aunt couldnt, the cooking, and taking care of the babies. When I was 21 I would occasionally watch my friends child from the time she was 6 months till 8 years old. When I was 23 I worked for the school district as a substitute noon duty. When I was 26 I worked for Elizabeth Gomez for 8 months. She had two kids. A boy who was 10 and a girl who was 5. My responsibilities were to pick up the kids, help with their homework, drive them to their extracurricular activities, clean, and cook them dinner. When I was 27 I worked at a church in their baby room. I would help supervise them until the end of church. I worked for them 2 months. After that I worked for Jennifer Couch. She has two boy who was 7 and 4. I would supervise them, cook them lunch and dinner, and put them to bed. When I was 28 I worked for Craig and Catharine Hamilton. They have a boy who was 5. My responsibilities were to pick him up from school, and watch him until dad was finished with work.

Hello! I just graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a major in Child and Adolescent Studies! I am starting my teaching credential and master's program next semester. I am currently working within a school district in the IE, substitute teaching all the way from preschool to 12th grade. I love art, pets, music, playing outdoors, and so much more! I am on summer break right now and have a lot of availability, but once the school year starts up, I won't have as much. I would love to support your children as well as you!
