Hello! My name is Jenna and I recently graduated from CSU East Bay. I am offering childcare and pet care services. Over the years I have babysat numerous times for neighbors or family friends from children ages 2-10. Previously I worked at a petting zoo and managed groups of children from ages 3-14. I can also help with homework, especially in the science area as I have a bachelors in biology. In my free time I enjoy reading, drawing, painting, and crocheting. I have around 7 years of experience working with various types of farm animals and I am comfortable taking care of any animal! Upon request I’d be happy to give references.
“Such a sweet kind young woman ”
With five years of dedicated experience in the field of childcare, I provide an unparalleled level of care, safety, and support for families. My extensive background includes working with children from infancy (3 months) to early adolescence (13 years), cultivating a nurturing and engaging environment that prioritizes each child’s development, well-being, and individuality. Certified in CPR, first aid, and EpiPen administration, I am fully prepared to respond to any circumstance, ensuring peace of mind for the families I serve. In my recent role, I have expanded my expertise to encompass comprehensive household management, blending childcare with refined housekeeping services. Over the past year, I have supported homes through meticulous organization, pet care, errands, driving, meal preparation, and more—dedicated to creating a harmonious, seamless environment tailored to each family’s needs. My bilingual proficiency—native Spanish and an upper-intermediate level of English—enhances my ability to connect meaningfully in diverse settings. Continuously improving my English fluency, I am committed to fostering open, effective communication with families from a variety of backgrounds. Above all, I am known for my professionalism, adaptability, and discretion. I bring a thoughtful, refined approach to my work, supporting the unique lifestyle and aspirations of each family I serve.
Hi! My name is Dominique, but I go by Doma. I've been around babies and children my whole life. I grew up with my mom running her own home day care and started babysitting at 15 years old for family friends. I'm the second oldest of six children with my two youngest siblings being 9 and 11 years old, so I’m comfortable with watching multiples, doing housework and managing the occasional (or day to day) chaos. I am flexible, empathetic, and overall just really value genuine connection with those I share space with. I’ve found it important for me to be able to really partner with parents and openly communicate about how I can best care for their child and how we can support each other in the process. I look forward to hopefully doing that with you!
I just graduated from school with my Doctorate in Occupational therapy and am looking for extra babysitting to help with paying off my student loans. I work in early childhood mental health and school-based OT. I got my undergraduate degree from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon, with a major in Theater, emphasis in set construction. I also have a minor in Early Childhood Development. Before COVID I worked at Cal Shakespeare in Berkeley/Orinda. I have been working with children for the past 18 years as a date night sitter, a nanny, a childcare worker, and a preschool teacher. I have experience with all ages. I am CPR certified, and I recently just refreshed my certification. I love working with all types of children. I love to play games (inside and outside), watch movies, build forts, and I especially love arts and crafts with the kiddos.
Not currently accepting new families. I Hi my name is Seraphina and I'm a student at Merritt College. I'm currently working as a server and studying to become to a paralegal. I've been babysitting children since I was 14, when I started watching over family friends' children. When I was 15 I started working at Strawberry Canyon Explorer Camp where I worked for 8 years teaching children ages 4-10. At camp I worked with kids one on one as well as in large groups. I've also spent years volunteering in local elementary schools. I love teaching and hope to be an elementary school teacher in a few years. I've primarily worked with kids ages 4-7 but have experience with older as well. I love bringing them outside and teaching them sports, as well as helping them with that tough math problem. In my free time I read a lot, especially comics, and dream about playing lacrosse again. Please note that I have no experience with children younger than 3. Thanks for looking at my profile, I hope to hear from you soon!

"UrbanSitter is my go-to for quality sitters! I can book weeks ahead of time or easily find a same-day sitter when in a bind. I even hired a part-time nanny during a daycare transition. Customer service is helpful and babysitters respond in a timely manner."
