Hi! My name is Bianca and I am from the Bay Area! I have babysat and nannied for kids of all ages including newborns (this includes newborn feeding time, newborn dishes, breastmilk and formula experience, putting down for naps, regulating sleep schedules, taking for walks, etc.). I have also helped mentor many kids between the ages of 3 and 16. I am CPR certified (currently working on getting that renewed), own a car, and play the piano by ear. I'm a photographer and I also love ceramics and the chemistry behind making my own glazes! I really love math and the sciences too. I have some knowledge regarding children’s psychology that I acquired in my studies for my bachelor’s degree. I am working towards going back to school for my masters/PhD in psychology as well. I am an ex student-athlete of 17 years, and still love to be active. I love to cook, and of course I love the company and brilliant minds of kids! I speak a bit of Spanish, however it's been a while since I have spoken it regularly so I’m a bit rusty/mainly good with basics. I’m also learning Japanese, and I know a very small amount of ASL. Hello, my life has always revolved around children. I worked with my local school district for over 20 years as a Chid Aide. The program was designed to improve a child's self-esteem and improve comfortability in a social setting. This was done through interactive play sessions where a child can truly be themselves. Apart from raising my own three children, I have also worked at a daycare providing a safe and educational environment for up to 12 children. Nutritional cooking is also a big part of my life and something I enjoy sharing. My passion is caring for children in fun, educational, musical, and artistic ways.

Hi there, I’m Kaelyn! After taking a break from UrbanSitter to work with families independently, I’m excited to reconnect with this amazing community. I’ve lived in San Francisco since 2017 and earned my B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of San Francisco in December 2020. Now, I work full-time as a Program Manager in the biotech industry (specifically the research side of molecular diagnostics) I’ve been babysitting since I was 2011, starting with family friends’ children & gaining experience throughout HS, College, and Post Grad with a wide variety of ages & number of children, experience with 3mo–12 yrs and 1-3 children. As well over the years, I’ve gained extensive childcare experience, including five summers as a camp counselor at Rawhide Ranch, a Western horse camp in San Diego. As a counselor for 5-12 children a week, between children 7-15. There, I assisted with meals, cabin life, teaching classes, and creating a fun, positive environment for campers. In 2019, I worked as an Au Pair in Madrid, caring for two wonderful girls (ages 8 and 11). I loved teaching them English and forming a lasting bond with their family. Childcare has always been a passion of mine. Whether babysitting or tutoring in science and math, I enjoy engaging with kids through games, songs, and creative activities.
