Hello, my life has always revolved around children. I worked with my local school district for over 20 years as a Chid Aide. The program was designed to improve a child's self-esteem and improve comfortability in a social setting. This was done through interactive play sessions where a child can truly be themselves. Apart from raising my own three children, I have also worked at a daycare providing a safe and educational environment for up to 12 children. Nutritional cooking is also a big part of my life and something I enjoy sharing. My passion is caring for children in fun, educational, musical, and artistic ways.

Hi there, I’m Kaelyn! After taking a break from UrbanSitter to work with families independently, I’m excited to reconnect with this amazing community. I’ve lived in San Francisco since 2017 and earned my B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of San Francisco in December 2020. Now, I work full-time as a Program Manager in the biotech industry (specifically the research side of molecular diagnostics) I’ve been babysitting since I was 2011, starting with family friends’ children & gaining experience throughout HS, College, and Post Grad with a wide variety of ages & number of children, experience with 3mo–12 yrs and 1-3 children. As well over the years, I’ve gained extensive childcare experience, including five summers as a camp counselor at Rawhide Ranch, a Western horse camp in San Diego. As a counselor for 5-12 children a week, between children 7-15. There, I assisted with meals, cabin life, teaching classes, and creating a fun, positive environment for campers. In 2019, I worked as an Au Pair in Madrid, caring for two wonderful girls (ages 8 and 11). I loved teaching them English and forming a lasting bond with their family. Childcare has always been a passion of mine. Whether babysitting or tutoring in science and math, I enjoy engaging with kids through games, songs, and creative activities. Growing up in San Diego as a Disney enthusiast, I still love a good Disney movie night to unwind after a fun-filled day. Looking forward to connecting with your family soon!

I was a nanny throughout college to a family with two children, including one with autism. I’ve been babysitting for years for children of a variety of ages. I have been working with children for about 25 years. I have experience working with multiple children at a time and children different ages, including infants. Working with children has always been my passion. I am very energetic and love taking kids for walks, to the park, library, enjoy doing art projects, read books and just love watching kids grow and watch them learn new things. I also speak German and Bosnia . I am a mother of two school aged children. My son is 17 and daughter is 15 years old. I have worked with many families and therefore have many references. I am available for occasional evening and weekend babysitting.
