Hi, my name is Chelsea. I am 20 years old and a current college student at CSULB. Originally, I am from Riverside, where I get most of my babysitting experience. Professionally I worked with several companies that provide childcare to several different types of children, including those with learning and physical disabilities. I currently work with the YMCA at an elementary school. In this role, I am responsible for 20 students, making sure they complete their homework and providing snacks/supper and enrichment lessons to further their education. Education is very important to me as someone working with kids. Outside of childcare, I do have experience with small dogs and cats and have no problem providing household services. I have been working with children and adults since I was 18 years old, I have gained hands on experience across a range of care settings. My experience includes working with adults in nursing homes, to support them in their daily living activities. Providing attentive and developmental care to Infants and children at home. I have multiple professional qualifications one being a Registered Behavioral Technician, I provide support to children at home and school settings where I implement behavioral plans to strengthen their social and communications skills.
