Throughout my son’s childhood, I was actively involved in his school community as a “team mom,” field trip chaperone, classroom volunteer, and consistent presence at school and extracurricular events. Before and after my son’s birth, I worked with school-age children and daycare programs on military bases in Florida and New Mexico. I also have extensive experience providing babysitting support for families and friends, stepping in for both regular care and occasional coverage when needed. I have a combined twenty years experience in education and care. I have provided services for infant, pre-k, elementary school, middle and high school, adult learners and elderly. Also, I have experience providing services and care to those in memory care facilities. Additionally, I am an avid animal lover and activist (I have two animal babies of my own). I have experience caring for large and small breed dogs, cats, non exotic birds, and ferrets.

I am a 4th year Optometry Student and Nova Southeastern University. I have some experience children more so from a clinical optometry and vision therapy standpoint. I believe this to be a unique skill set that allows me to more observant of your child. I am CPR certified as it is required for my profession. I have five younger cousins that I’ve had the privilege to watch and help take care over the years. I have a little bit of experience as a caretaker as I was briefly my grandmother’s caretaker up until her passing. My boyfriend and I have a dog so I’m comfortable taking care and being around them. Hello! I am currently studying for medical school and am working as a scribe full-time, but am looking for some extra work hours. I recently graduated from USF with a Master’s degree in public health. I have my BS in psychology/pre-med from Northwestern University.
