I have a combined twenty years experience in education and care. I have provided services for infant, pre-k, elementary school, middle and high school, adult learners and elderly. Also, I have experience providing services and care to those in memory care facilities. Additionally, I am an avid animal lover and activist (I have two animal babies of my own). I have experience caring for large and small breed dogs, cats, non exotic birds, and ferrets.

I am a 4th year Optometry Student and Nova Southeastern University. I have some experience children more so from a clinical optometry and vision therapy standpoint. I believe this to be a unique skill set that allows me to more observant of your child. I am CPR certified as it is required for my profession. I have five younger cousins that I’ve had the privilege to watch and help take care over the years. I have a little bit of experience as a caretaker as I was briefly my grandmother’s caretaker up until her passing. My boyfriend and I have a dog so I’m comfortable taking care and being around them. I believe I would describe myself as dedicated and passionate. With children, I can be very fun but I also know when it is necessary to be serious.

I have over a decade of experience caring for children from birth through young adults. I have virtually infinite patience, am attentive, interactive, and always do my best to exceed the expectations of the families I work with. I am a non-smoker, have reliable transportation, and am frequently available for evening, weekend, and overnight care on short notice. Prior to attending college and pursuing my bachelor's degree in business administration, I was contemplating a career in education, completed training to become a preschool teacher, and began babysitting for several local families. Though I am now in the information technology field full-time I continue to provide childcare services as my schedule allows. I recently graduated from USF with a Master’s degree in public health. I have my BS in psychology/pre-med from Northwestern University.
