I am also a former Substitute Teacher of 10 years. I Love children and am a Mother of 3 girls now in their 20's. I believe behavior is how a child sees, how a child hears, and how a child feels. Hi! My name is Mikayla, and I'm 21 years old with a strong love for working with kids. I’ve been volunteering with children at my church for nearly 10 years, and I also have professional experience through paid positions in childcare. I worked for the Safe-Key program and in summer camps at an elementary/middle school, where I cared for and supervised children in a structured setting. I'm comfortable with kids of all ages (as long as they’re out of diapers!) and am very flexible, reliable, and easy to adapt to each child’s personality.
