Please let me know if there is any illness in the home before I arrive. I work several jobs and even a slight illness can significantly affect my ability to make a living. An illness isn't an automatic "no" but I need to be able to assess the situation before I am exposed. To me, this means understanding and engaging with a person based on their current situation, needs, abilities, or emotional state. Since I plan my time and budget around scheduled hours, I kindly request payment for the full booking, even if you arrive home early. Interviews 1. Please avoid scheduling interviews on Friday and Saturday evenings. 2. Phone interviews are preferred. Safety All firearms and weapons in the home must be safely locked and secured.
