I've been babysitting my whole life and really enjoy spending time with children. They are genuine, inventive and energetic and a welcome change from the adults I spend most of my time with! My youngest sister was born when I was 14 so I have day-to-day experience caring for a young child in my own family. I babysat my way through college, for individual families and for a few churches in a daycare setting. I am now a family friend after caring (nannied) a 15 yr old girl & a 9 yr old boy, cared for boy since he was 3 months old & is presently in 4th grade. He considers me his grandmother. Hello! I’m an outgoing childcare expert who taught global policy to middle school and high school students for six years. In this role, I received ongoing training in childhood education and development. Currently I am working on writing and publishing a memoir. I’m a graduate of Northwestern University, where I majored in Economics and Political Science, and last year I completed my masters in Political Sociology at the London School of Economics and Political Science. I come from a large family, and I enjoy working with children. My childcare experience includes infants through high school age.
