I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Hispanic Studies, along with a Master’s in Business Administration. My passion for childcare started early — I have 17 nieces and nephews (yes, 17!), and I’ve been helping care for them since I was young. I was a bilingual / ESL teacher for 10 years and have plenty of experience working with children from ages 5 and older. I love the spontaneity and unpredictability of working with kids. I have a dog of my own and plenty of experience with animals, as I also have been a volunteer at PAWS no kill animal shelter.

Growing up my grandma owned a daycare and I would help her take care of kids and plan arts and crafts time for them. I also have recent experience over the past 2 summers of working at a stay away camp looking over multiple different age groups of kids over the age of 6 full time. After my first summer I was promoted to leader of my cabin group and have learned to keep things together, better my communication, and still keep kids happy! Pets wise, I have 3 cats and a dog so I know how to manage!
