Hello, My name is Elaie. I am 20 years old. I’m currently a student at the University of Indianapolis and I am a Biology, Pre-Med major. I am a certified nursing assistant and received my license in 2023. I have 3 years of experience working as a nursing assistant. I am also a registered behavior technician. I received my license in February of 2024. I am currently working as a RBT in the afternoons while going to school in the morning. I have experience working with children with autism from ages 1-8 years old. I am also a mom to a 3 year old. I love working with children and have hopes of going to med school to work in pediatrics. I am interested in babysitting opportunities that would work around my work and class schedule. Preferably late afternoons and evenings. I would be a great fit for your babysitting needs because I am high energy, patient, I have a passion for working with children, I love to do fun activities, and I have experience with easy going children and high behavior kids.
I’m a sophomore in college going to Ivy Tech noblesville Monday-Wednesday! I’m just doing general studies for now as I’m not sure what I want to do/study. I’m trying new jobs here and there but I’d let to get more into babysitting. I have a 4 year old nephew and 1.5 year old niece, and I also babysit for some family friends. I have never used an app like this before, but i’m excited to try!
My name is Amy, I'm 29 with 8 years of paid nanny experience. I have a Childhood Development Associates and an Early Childhood Education degree. I'm certified in first aid/ CPR for both children and infants and I'm licensed to teach under the age of 12. I am safe sleep certified, and trained in water safety/survival swim. I worked as a behavioral therapist and transitioned to nannying to have a more direct impact (which has become my career), I also have a ton of experience with infants and I'm a huge fan of sensory play. I like to take kids out to teach real world skills and develop/further interests. I am very careful with the way I speak to children and try not to coddle. I prioritize learning and clear communication, so I always explain reasoning before action. I genuinely just love building little humans and watching them come into their own! I would like to work mornings but a few full days is okay in addition! If I seem like a good fit to you please reach out!
I love children. I have 2girls and 2 boys, all are adults. I do work for my son who is disable. I also do childcare for a daycare part-time. I am and fun loving person. I also have 16 grands and 4 great-grandson.
I have a diverse background in child, pet, and senior care. I have been babysitting since middle school (where I even took an official course and got CPR certified), coached youth soccer camps and travel club teams of boys and girls ages 6-10, was a mentor of middle-school aged girls through Girls Inc of Indianapolis and tutored/volunteered at several inner-city after-school programs, and have tons of experience with kids of all ages because of my large family (I have 20 first cousins younger than I am and have often watched my neice and nephew over the years while my siblings were on vacations, even when they were under a year old). I have always loved animals (wanted to be a vet when I was a child), and have extensive experience particular caring for dogs because of my ownership and foster experience (I have had pets and shared responsibilities for them since childhood). I have also cared for cats--I love them but have a mild allergy, so I tend to limit those to short pop-in visits depending on the breed. Some limited experience with basic tending of birds (parakeets, lovebirds, macaws); and small animals such as hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, etc. The past couple years I have focused on working as an in home health supportive services worker, particularly for seniors with mobility and memory decline issues (helping them with their house chores, cleaning, preparing meals, and generally providing companionship.) I've always found success and enjoyment in child/pet/senior care positions because I have a very calm, patient demeanor, high emotional intelligence which helps me connect with both introverts and extroverts, an extremely creative mind that keeps children engaged, a great sense of humor/willingness to be silly with young kids (I am known as the "favorite" aunt and always asked to join their vacations), and am known as "an old soul" who enjoys keeping seniors company and helping improve their lives in ways they no longer can manage themselves. I always feel a strong sense of pride in being able to provide my clients with the confidence to leave their loved ones in my care and come back to them just as happy or happier than when I arrived :) I believe one of the greatest gifts we can give people is their time back to them when they need a break or just assistance in this difficult economic period we're experiencing. If you're looking for a fun, dependable, experienced caregiver, I'd love the chance to help you! :) *I'm also fluent in Spanish
“Emily was great with my boys! They both had a lot of fun and was ready for bed when we got back home! ”
