My name is Christinei. I am a professional educator over 41 years now and have been a nanny for about 22 of those. This was the best decision I made ever. I like the one on one care it provides for the child(ren) and the whole family, including pets. Each child is an individual and needs to be heard and learns differently and this as an educator is where I learn from them. My expertise is in newborn/infant/toddler care but I also love to prepare your child for preschool and readiness for group learning environments. I teach through all experiences and will help the new parent “see” each developmental level their child has experienced and help achieve the next level with proper fun experiences - yes a three month old can “read” a favorite book! I look forward to becoming part of your child’s team - that includes the love of the family pet!
“Christine first joined our network about 8 years ago as we became new parents. We needed help a few days a week as I (mama) worked from home. She very much followed my lead, allowed me to have my time with my newborn sitting back and chatting and sharing little tidbits that became so helpful when navigating new parenthood - but when I needed to step away and dive into work-focus, she was able to keep space and handle whatever was happening. Her specialized education in language development quickly became apparent. She would have the most delightful conversations with our infant, and then focus in on age appropriate sounds for language development. They were soon chatting for hours while working with playdoh and doing art. It was a joy to see. When I had to work out of the house, I always came home to a journal review of food, activities, new language development, and all the things a new parent wants to be up to speed on. She bubbled up with us during the pandemic while I was pregnant with our second baby, she was with us full time - allowing us bonding time with our new baby and keeping our toddler engaged and with a routine that could be as consistent as possible during uncertain times. She also brought our lovable dog and cat into her “classroom routines”. She is what we call our “Forever Nanny” - we still consistently use her for date nights, weekends away — and we’ve even gone out of the country for 5 days and left our most loved beings (kids and pets) in the care of Christine. She also takes our fur-babies for us if needed, and she shows up for all the dance recitals and birthday parties. Christine makes learning fun for the kiddos and knows how to set boundaries. She is open to shifting style, depending on family philosophy, but she is also confident enough to offer a different perspective if appropriate. She sets a daily routine consisting of all the normal things (eating, diapering/bathroom) + art (she’s a wonderful and fun artist - it’s one of our kids’ favorite things to do with her), reading, writing, math, gross motor skills, neighborhood adventures, music (I’m probably forgetting others) - but it’s fun and balanced! Christine is a gem.”
I'm a current master's student studying medical sciences with plans to attend medical school next year. I've always loved working with kids and have several years of experience caring for and engaging with children of all ages. I've led youth ministry at my church, working with toddlers through preteens. This included creating fun and meaningful lessons, supervising during services, and supporting families. My relationships with families in the church have also led to trusted babysitting opportunities. Outside of church, I've volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club, primarily supporting elementary-aged children with science-related activities and after-school care. I come from a large extended family and as the eldest, l've naturally taken on the role of caregiver by providing safe, fun, and nurturing environments for younger family members. I'm known for being patient, dependable, and easy to talk to, and I genuinely enjoy building strong, positive connections with kids and their families.
“Very nice and professional. Arrived on time. Would definitely book her again.”
Hi! I am an experienced, multilingual and licensed educator, with over 20 years of experience. I offer childcare, tutoring, pet and elderly care. I excel at working with neurodiverse individuals, children and teens.
“Andrea has always been wonderful with my girls (ages 3 and 5). She brings the very best of herself, as both a mom and an educator, to the time she spends with them, always doing arts and crafts, science experiments, and reading books. She is warm, loving, and also able to navigate their nonsense with firm kindness. Ever since my youngest daughter was tiny, there were times when Andrea was the only person I could trust to calm her when she was experiencing separation anxiety and inconsolable. Andrea is a gem!”
I have always enjoyed working with children and began babysitting for family and neighbors during high school and college, both on a part-time and occasional basis. These experiences gave me the chance to care for kids of different ages, from toddlers to school-aged children, and helped me develop patience, creativity, and responsibility. I truly love spending time with children, whether it’s helping with homework, reading stories, playing games, or just keeping them engaged in fun and safe activities. Families describe me as caring, dependable, and attentive, and I pride myself on creating a positive and safe environment. In addition to childcare, I’m comfortable assisting with light household tasks and pet care if needed. Overall, I see babysitting as more than just a job, it’s an opportunity to support families and be a trusted presence for their children.
Hi! My name is Larissa, and I’ve been a nanny for more than 10 years. Caring for children isn’t just a job to me — it’s something I truly love. Being part of a child’s growth, helping them learn, laugh, and feel safe, is incredibly rewarding. Over the years, I’ve worked with children of all ages — from infants to school-aged — and each stage brings something special. I pride myself on being patient, nurturing, and dependable. I create a calm, structured environment where children can thrive, and I work closely with parents to support each child’s individual needs. Whether it’s building forts, reading stories, or helping with routines, I bring a lot of heart and care into everything I do. I’m currently looking for a new family to grow with, and I’d love to find a long-term position where I can be a reliable part of your child’s world. Experience: 10 years of full-time nanny experience with multiple families Experience caring for infants, Twins, toddlers, and school-aged children Long-term positions (2–5 years with the same families) and nanny share. Assisted with developmental milestones, sleep routines, potty training Helped with homeschooling Supported families through transitions like new siblings or moves Skills & Strengths: Strong communication with both parents and children Gentle, consistent discipline and positive reinforcement Meal prep and light housekeeping related to children Homework help and educational play Comfortable managing multiple children at once Creative play (arts & crafts, reading, outdoor activities) Reliable, punctual, and flexible CPR/First Aid certified
