Pet care: Aside from children, pets are my greatest love. 4 years ago I adopted a dog and understand how important it is to find someone to care for your animal like they are your own while you are away from them. Happy to be the sitter who plays fetch in the backyard or local park, or simply curls up on the couch for some snuggles! As a Mom to a reactive/anxious pup, I am comfortable working with animals who may have some "quirks" to their behavior. Further, I have experience with medication administration for cats and dogs.

I absolutely love kids. I am CPR certified in both adult and pediatrics. My availability is pretty open and I am available for any last minute jobs. Hi! I’m Funmbi 😊 I’m a graduate student at Boston University School of Medicine, and I’ve always naturally been someone who takes care of others. I’m the oldest of five siblings, so a lot of my experience started at home-helping out, staying organized, and being someone my siblings could rely on. I’ve also worked with kids of all ages through my church’s children’s and youth ministry, so I’m comfortable stepping in whether it’s playtime, helping with homework, or keeping a routine going. I also volunteer in my community and plan to attend medical school, so being dependable and attentive really matters to me. I’d describe myself as calm, patient, and easy to be around. I try to meet kids where they are, whether they’re energetic, shy, or just need someone to listen. I also worked as a Patient Care Assistant, which helped me become even more attentive, responsible, and aware when it comes to safety and making sure people feel comfortable and supported. I also love animals (especially dogs) so I’m more than happy to be around pets too. I’m happy to help with homework, meals, bedtime routines, or just keeping kids engaged with fun activities (and yes, I’m definitely the type to build forts or play games with them 😊).
