Worked as a Teacher/Childcare Provider at a school center operated through TidalHealth in Salisbury for 2 years. Provided care and early childhood support for infants (3 weeks old) through preschoolers (age 5). Maintained small classroom ratios to ensure safety and individualized attention (approximately 5 infants per room and 6 preschool children per teacher). Assisted with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, educational activities, and developmental play. Supervised aftercare from 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM, up to 3–5 days per week, ensuring a safe and structured environment until parents arrived.
