During my Aupair and nanny time I was responsible for the meals, bath, naps and everything related to their routine. I also love to take them to the playground, library, recreation center, museums, etc.

Hi! My name is Claire, and I'm a recent college graduate from Columbia University. I love working with kids, and have been tutoring, babysitting, and volunteering as a camp counselor since I was 14 years old. I've worked with youth of all ages, from kindergarteners to high schoolers, for about ten years. I am currently an English tutor and volunteer mentor to refugee high school students with the International Rescue Committee. I consider myself a friendly person who loves reading bedtime stories and crafting. I'm more than happy to help with homework as well. While I'm not a native speaker, I was a Spanish tutor in high school and would be happy to help little ones with introductory level language practice. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology in 2016. I am very passionate about helping people improve their lives and hope to go back to school for social work or forensic psychology. I have 2 nephews and 1 niece that I watch for my older brother, and they are the light of my life! When I have them for extended periods of time I try to make a set schedule of activities to keep them busy and set meals. I also used to be a YMCA Summer Camp counselor in college work with children in kindergarten and enjoyed every minute of it! I am CPR certified! I like to play piano and I love love love podcasts!
