I am currently working as an occupational therapy assistant in home health. I was an elementary teacher, then a reading teacher for level 5 students. I am on my second set of siberian huskies. I am looking for occasional early morning work with pets, children, and seniors. I can walk dogs, provide adl care, light house keeping, and run errands. I am detail oriented, reliable, caring, and will treat your family as if they were my own.

I have been a caregiver for all of my adult life. I am a physical therapist in a hospital for over 20 years. I work in the NICU, with infants and toddlers as outpatients, and with the inpatient geriatric population. Additionally, I am of mom of two. I have an 18 year old daughter and a 12 year old son. We also had an amazing dog named Henry for nearly 14 years, so I am comfortable with animals. I am good at adjusting to individual and family needs. I am looking to supplement my hospital job with something I enjoy and am comfortable doing.

Hello! My name is Abigail, and I am a recently moved to Baltimore to start my Masters of Music program at Johns Hopkins University. I am so excited to be in Baltimore to continue my studies, and also get to know a new city! For the past year, I worked as a music teacher at a public elementary school (PreK-5th grade) in North Philadelphia. I love working with and teaching children, and one of the reasons that I want to nanny while in school is so that I can continue building my skills in working with children. I was often a babysitter growing up, but it's been a few years so nannying would be a fresh experience for me! Additionally, I have four years of housekeeping experience from previous employment at a hotel, and also really enjoy baking/cooking, so I would be happy to help with some of these tasks if needed. Before living in Philadelphia, I was in Allentown, PA for my undergraduate degree at Muhlenberg College, where I studied Music, Theatre, and Psychology with an emphasis in child development. Outside of my work and studies, I really enjoy exploring new places, attending performances, and cooking/trying out new recipes. Because of my teaching experiences, I am very open to trying new things, and would be excited to try out different hobbies, games, and other activities with the children I may nanny for.
