I am a former Family Child Care Provider, currently a Training and Curriculum Specialist at Joint Base Andrews. I've provided care at three different military installations; Lackland AFB (TX), Minot AFB (ND), Andrews AFB (MD). I also have my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.

I’m an RBT with 3 years of experience working with children with ASD, where I've developed a strong foundation in patience, empathy, and creating supportive environments. I love the field so much I am actively pursuing a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to my therapeutic work, I've coached kids ages 3-15 in T-ball, baseball, softball, and soccer, and I played softball myself for 13 years, which has taught me teamwork, discipline, and how to motivate others. I'm CPR certified, and as a proud pet owner of three dogs, I’m experienced in caring for animals as well. I’m passionate about working with kids, whether it’s providing therapy, coaching, or simply making sure they feel safe, engaged, and happy. My compassionate, patient, and reliable nature allows me to build trust with families and create positive experiences for every child I work with.

Worked as a Teacher/Childcare Provider at a school center operated through TidalHealth in Salisbury for 2 years. Provided care and early childhood support for infants (3 weeks old) through preschoolers (age 5). Maintained small classroom ratios to ensure safety and individualized attention (approximately 5 infants per room and 6 preschool children per teacher). Assisted with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, educational activities, and developmental play. Supervised aftercare from 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM, up to 3–5 days per week, ensuring a safe and structured environment until parents arrived. Supported children's social, emotional, and developmental growth through structured learning and play. Provided dog walking and basic pet care services in the neighborhood during earlier years. Experienced with caring for personal pets, having owned three dogs, including responsibilities such as feeding, walking, grooming, and general care.

As a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and a woman of African heritage, I deeply believe in the proverb, “It takes a village to raise a child.” This belief is at the heart of how I care for and connect with children. I am a responsible, caring, and dependable college student currently pursuing a Nursing degree. I have experience caring for children through both helping raise my younger siblings and working as a nanny with Jovie.
