I've been babysitting for 8 years and have worked in education related childcare for the past 3 years, including with children diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and/or autism. I'm CPR and basic first aid certified for infants, children, and adults. Currently, I'm in my 2nd year at American University. I work with Teach For America tutoring 4th and 5th grade math (I'm always happy to help with homework, math or otherwise) and have worked in before school care since high school. In addition, I teach swim lessons at a local swim school and have been instructing for 2 years. I'm happy to work with kids of any age! I pride myself on empathetic problem solving and flexibility.
