So I am familiar with child development from birth to adulthood. What I love about little ones is how fast they learn and they change so much it’s like meeting a new kid every week! I’m not just an occasional babysitter. I have been with these kids anywhere from 10 to 30 hours a week depending on the week. If I’ve learned one thing it is that every child is different, every parent is different and clear communication is the key to success.
